Required Skills:

Duties:
- Prepare and file tax returns to the revenue agency, monitor and support taxation issues.
- Preparation of T1 Income Tax returns, GST/HST returns, WCB returns, Source deductions remittances
- Preparation of consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements and notes thereto in accordance with IFRS;
- Preparation of corporate year end working papers and tax returns
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements (NTR),
- Monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Communicating with clients, and providing instructions to clients if necessary
Education and Experience:
- Designated CPA or PACE Level 2 student
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (must be able to use pivot tables and vlookup)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Public Practice.
Ebrahimi Accounting Services Ltd., is seeking for an Office Admin/ Bookkeeper to join our team.

- Minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience.
- Duties:
- Answering a multi-line phone system in a clear, friendly manner
- Greeting visitors to the organization and present a professional first impression
- Assist clients at the front desk
- Receive client documents and payments
- Data entry and other paperwork for client files
- General administrative and bookkeeping duties as assigned

- Monday through Friday; 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
